Elk Stalking Continues

I blogged awhile ago with pics of the Elk Grove Elk and admitted that I am an Elk stalker :) I drive past their woods every day now, because I am taking 90W home instead of the under-construction Lake Street. As I pass every afternoon, I slow down and check to see if the Elk are out and what they are up to. They have not been around much lately; the weather has been crummy and raining, and then of all things two days ago, more snow.

I was happy to see as I drove by yesterday that not only were the Elk out, but they were relaxing and snoozing in the late afternoon sun. I of course had to stop and take a few pics of them!
